Hello Doctor R I am very excited to get a moment to speak with you about TRT and what you see with IMT patients. I understand you are a Urologist and have practiced treating men with hypogonadism for some years now and you are big on preventative health. Do you mind giving me and the readers a short description of your time as a physician?
Doctor R
I have been a practicing urologist for nearly 17 years. I practice both medical and surgical urology. In the last 10 years I have increased my awareness of hypogonadism and its therapies. Hypogonadism is one of those diseases that a physician can truly see a patient change dramatically in a short period of time.

When treating men for testosterone and other hormonal deficiencies if you could make them understand one thing that you thought was the most important thing to know before starting TRT what would that be?

That TRT is not the answer to all patient issues. Although, hormonal management is an important facet of health, stress management, dietary control and exercise. ALL are important components that will improve patient outcomes and overall health.

Doctor thank you very much for your time and we look forward to sharing more with you next week if your available but I have one more question for you: Out of all the TRT patients you have treated what would you say has been the most successful treatment application and delivery system for TRT?
Doctor R
I have used and continue to use all forms of TRT delivery systems. Many times a patient will have a preference for a delivery system that is appropriate for his situation. However, I do believe that injectable TRT is the most effective and most rapid delivery system in my experience. It is the most affordable as well.
