Tamoxifen is a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) like clomid, it has a tendency to stimulate LH but moreso than clomid, but it may not stimulate fertility as well as clomid does. Our doctors would use this for extreme gyno symptoms or with clomid in a HPTA restart.
